Thank you for the opportunity to witness the demonstration of your Life Chute on September 14, 1999 at the Maritime Institute of Technology in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

My Staff and I found the demonstration to be very useful and in formative. From our observations, the use of the Life Chute to supplement the primary means of egress required by building codes appears to be a valuable addition to safety. It was also impressive to see how easy it was for handicapped persons to use the chute to reach safety.
