Dear Mr. Baker:
This letter is to express my honest opinion of
the Baker Life Chute.
As you know, I am a paraplegic due to a spinal
cord injury and am wheelchair bound.
I have utilized your safety chute several times
in demonstrations for you purposes. I believe the Baker Life Chute is
long overdue. Many lives have been lost in fires in highrise buildings
in the last decade. The utilization of your device could have saved
many if not all who lost their lives.
My specific interest in your Life Chute is that,
as a paraplegic, I have been evacuated from as many as 17 stories with
your device, without confusion, delay or inconvenience.
Your device is unique in that it can be used in
highrise buildings as well as in private homes.
The Baker Life Chute is "the state of the
art" in fire safety and evacuation of flame engulfed buildings.
Good luck in your endeavors with the Baker Life
Chute.
Sincerely,
Wayne C. Carter
